Happy Lucky Year of the Goat**  Today is the first day of the Lunar New Year and already eaten Chinese New Year cake - Cantonese New Year (nian gao 年糕),  Chinese carrot cake (made with radish), Oil-dumplings (yau gok 油角), etc.. But must have to keep fit after the festival. Clothing mainly featuring the red or pink colour is commonly worn thorughtout the Lunar New year. For Hong Kong, the married couples or the elderly will pass out the red packets (lai sze 利是) to the unmarried.
